  • Affiliate Marketing Programs
  • Lead Generation Campaigns
  • Digital & Integrated Marketing Campaigns
  • Website Design & Development
  • Mobile Application Development
  • Cashback Websites & Applications
  • Media Planning, Buying & Analytics
  • Creative & Content Development

All services are subject to mutually agreed proposals, contracts, or service-level agreements (SLAs).

3. Eligibility & User Obligations

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You have legal authority to enter into binding agreements
  • All information provided by you is accurate and lawful
  • You will not use our services for illegal, fraudulent, or unethical activities

4. Advertising & Performance Marketing Disclaimer

While we strive to deliver optimal results, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Advertising performance depends on multiple external factors
  • No guaranteed results, sales, leads, ROI, or rankings are promised unless explicitly stated in writing
  • Platform algorithms (Google, Meta, affiliates, etc.) are beyond our control
  • Ad accounts, suspensions, or policy changes are not our liability

Performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversions are indicative and not guaranteed.

5. Affiliate Marketing & Cashback Platforms

For affiliate marketing and cashback-based services:

  • Cashback offers are subject to third-party affiliate networks and merchants
  • Cashback tracking depends on cookies, attribution systems, and merchant validation
  • We do not guarantee cashback approval, timelines, or amounts
  • Cashback may be reversed, delayed, or declined by merchants
  • Fraudulent activity will result in account termination and forfeiture of cashback

Users must comply with affiliate and merchant terms at all times.

6. Lead Generation Services

For lead generation campaigns:

  • Leads are generated based on targeting parameters agreed upon
  • Lead quality may vary due to user behavior and market conditions
  • We are not responsible for conversion, sales closure, or business outcomes
  • No refund shall be issued for genuine leads that do not convert

Leads generated through fraudulent or misleading methods are strictly prohibited.

7. Website & App Design and Development

For website and application development services:

  • Ownership transfer occurs only after full payment
  • Source code, designs, and intellectual property remain with SYR Mediaworks until clearance
  • Timelines are estimates and may vary due to client delays or revisions
  • Third-party tools, plugins, or licenses are subject to external terms

Post-delivery support is limited to agreed maintenance terms.

8. Payments, Fees & Refund Policy

  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST)
  • Payments must be made as per agreed milestones
  • Advance payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
  • Delayed payments may result in service suspension
  • No refunds for completed or partially executed services

Chargebacks or payment disputes may lead to legal action.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, designs, strategies, creatives, code, trademarks, and materials developed by SYR Mediaworks remain its intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.

You may not:

  • Copy, resell, or redistribute our materials
  • Use our brand or creatives without written permission

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of:

  • Business information
  • Campaign strategies
  • Pricing, data, and internal communications

Confidentiality obligations survive termination of services.

11. Third-Party Platforms & Tools

We may use third-party platforms including:

  • Advertising networks
  • Affiliate networks
  • Analytics tools
  • Hosting providers

We are not responsible for third-party service outages, policy changes, or data handling practices.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law:

  • We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client
  • We are not responsible for loss of profits, data, or business

13. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • Terms are violated
  • Payments are delayed
  • Illegal or unethical activities are detected

Upon termination, outstanding dues become immediately payable.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SYR Mediaworks from any claims, damages, losses, or legal expenses arising from:

  • Misuse of services
  • Violation of laws
  • Third-party claims

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.

16. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
