3. Cancellation Policy

a) Client-Initiated Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email
  • Any work already initiated, planned, or executed will be billed
  • Advance payments are non-refundable
  • Ongoing campaigns may be stopped at our discretion after cancellation

b) Company-Initiated Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services if:

  • Payments are delayed or disputed
  • Client violates terms, policies, or applicable laws
  • Fraudulent, unethical, or misleading activities are detected

No refunds shall be issued in such cases.

4. Refund Policy by Service Type

a) Advertising & Performance Marketing

  • No refunds for ad spend already utilized
  • No refunds for campaign setup, strategy, or management fees
  • Performance metrics (leads, sales, ROI) are not guaranteed
  • Platform-related issues or account bans are not refundable

b) Affiliate Marketing & Cashback Platforms

  • Cashback approvals are subject to third-party merchants
  • Declined, reversed, or delayed cashback is non-refundable
  • No refunds for affiliate tracking discrepancies
  • Accounts involved in fraudulent activity are ineligible for refunds

c) Lead Generation Services

  • No refunds for delivered leads, regardless of conversion
  • Lead quality depends on user behavior and market conditions
  • Refunds are not applicable for non-converting leads

d) Website & App Design and Development

  • Advance and milestone payments are non-refundable
  • No refunds after project initiation
  • Delays caused by client inputs do not qualify for refunds
  • Source code and ownership transfer only after full payment

e) Digital Marketing & Campaign Services

  • Strategy, creative, and execution fees are non-refundable
  • Campaign pauses do not qualify for refunds
  • Partially executed services are non-refundable

5. Subscription & Retainer Services

  • Monthly retainers are billed in advance
  • No mid-cycle refunds for unused days
  • Services remain active until the end of the billing cycle

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate service suspension
  • Legal action may be initiated for fraudulent disputes
  • All disputes must be raised directly with the Company before bank escalation

7. Exceptional Refunds

Refunds, if any, are issued solely at the discretion of SYR Mediaworks and only if:

  • A written agreement explicitly mentions refund eligibility
  • Service was not initiated due to company fault

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–14 business days.

8. Taxes & Processing Fees

  • Government taxes (including GST) are non-refundable
  • Payment gateway or bank charges are non-refundable

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted under Indian law:

  • Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be effective upon posting on our website.
